So we wonder why our children have more allergies to different foods now?

Overprocessing of flours (creating celiac), canned (removing nutrients we need), breaded (adding extra carbs instead of nutritious whole proteins)

 

As a child, I never remember so many intolerances to food and

problems like ADD, ADHD, fatigue, irritability, decreased desire to learn ....

 

Put bad fuel into a vehicle and it's not going to operate so well,

put this food into a child.... not so sure they will operate so well either
